Buy embroidery kits and cross stitch kits at Verelana

Looking for an embroidery kit for your next creative project? At Verelana, you will find an exceptionally wide selection of kits in different styles, sizes and difficulty levels. From small cross stitch projects that can be completed relatively quickly to large designs with many colours and fine details, there are options for both beginners and experienced stitchers.

A complete embroidery kit contains the main materials needed to create the selected design. The exact contents vary by brand and model, but generally include embroidery fabric, the required embroidery threads, a pattern or chart and instructions. The product information allows you to check in advance which fabric, technique and materials are included.

Counted cross stitch kits or printed embroidery kits

With a traditional counted cross stitch kit, you work from a chart. You count the squares on the embroidery fabric to place each cross stitch in the correct position. This is the traditional method of cross stitching and provides an enormous choice of designs.

With a printed embroidery kit, the design is printed directly onto the fabric. This means you do not constantly have to transfer the position of each stitch from a paper chart. It can be particularly convenient for large designs or if you prefer working directly on the fabric.

Which embroidery kit is suitable for beginners?

If you are new to embroidery, it is usually best to start with a clear design, an easy-to-read chart and a manageable size. The embroidery fabric also matters. Fabric with clearly visible squares makes it easier to position your stitches correctly.

Wide choice of well-known embroidery kit brands

Verelana offers embroidery kits from numerous specialised international brands. Each brand has its own style, choice of materials and way of working. This allows you to choose not only by subject or size, but also by the embroidery brand that suits you best.

Our range includes embroidery kits from Luca-S, Riolis, RTO, Vervaco, Merejka, LetiStitch, Magic Needle, Panna, Lady Bird and Brodeja.

The collections range from modern and colourful designs to landscapes, animals, flowers, still lifes and highly detailed cross stitch works. You will find both projects for a few evenings of stitching and larger pieces that can keep you occupied for much longer.

Which embroidery fabric is included in a kit?

Many cross stitch kits use Aida embroidery fabric. Aida has a regular grid with clearly visible squares, making it easy to see where each cross stitch should be placed.

The fineness of Aida is usually indicated by its count. The higher the count, the smaller the squares and the finer the finished embroidery will be. The type of Aida or other embroidery fabric supplied depends on the kit and brand, so always check the individual product details.

Where can I buy embroidery kits online?

At Verelana, you can easily order embroidery kits online directly from our own stock. Kits shown as available to order on our website are genuinely present with us. You do not have to wait for us to order the kit from a supplier first.

This is especially useful with embroidery kits, as certain designs or collections may eventually disappear. At Verelana, you can immediately see which kits are currently available.
